Private alpha

Alpha terms

SureCheck is a managed private alpha with an optional browser simulation. Using either experience means you understand the limitations below.

Scheduled delivery disabled

What is currently available

Testers may create an account, sign in, use protected portal features, request phone-verification codes, and evaluate the browser simulation. Scheduled check-ins and circle notifications remain disabled, and SureCheck does not currently place automated or AI-assisted calls.

Not an emergency service

SureCheck is not an emergency service, monitoring service, medical service, safety guarantee, or substitute for direct care arrangements. It does not contact emergency services. Do not rely on the alpha to protect a person, pet, property, or other dependent.

Accounts and acceptable testing

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use only phone numbers you own or control. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the alpha to send unsolicited communications.

Circle-contact responsibility

Enter only information you are authorized to use. Naming someone in a test plan does not enroll them in messaging; each circle contact must independently accept before future notifications can be enabled. Keep separate, direct plans for emergencies and dependent care.

Availability and changes

The alpha may change, reset, become unavailable, or contain errors. Browser data may be lost when storage is cleared, and managed test data may be removed as the alpha evolves. No paid subscription is offered in this alpha.

Before live delivery

Live recurring communications require additional consent, carrier approval, reliability testing, and updated release terms. Access to the current alpha does not promise that those features will launch on a particular date.
