This notice covers both the browser simulation and the managed SureCheck account portal during private-alpha testing.

Setup entered in the browser simulation stays on that device in browser storage unless you clear it. The managed account portal stores the information needed to create and protect an account, verify an account-holder phone number, and save customer-owned portal records.
Managed account data
The managed account portal stores an account name, email address, authentication credential, sessions, phone-verification state, and any plans, short dependent labels, schedules, or circle-contact records you deliberately save. SureCheck does not need medical details, addresses, live location, care instructions, financial information, or a dependent's legal name.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application and may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time. Neon stores managed account data. Twilio processes requested phone-verification codes and related delivery information. These providers process data only to operate their parts of the alpha.
Current communication boundary
The managed portal may send a phone-verification code when an account holder requests one. It does not send scheduled check-ins or circle notifications, place automated calls, contact emergency services, or transmit browser-simulation circle details to Twilio or Retell AI.
Your control and retention
“Clear all data” removes simulation data from the current browser only. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of managed account data, email contact@nexgenlabs.dev from the account email address. Managed data is retained while needed to operate and evaluate the private alpha or meet security and legal obligations.
No advertising sale
SureCheck does not sell personal information or use check-in data for advertising. Circle contacts must independently consent before future courtesy notifications can be enabled.
